One of the new upgrades that PeopleG2 is offering is Social Media Screening. This screening provides an employer the opportunity to utilize an applicant’s social media presence in the overall applicant screening process.
The social media screening being offered by PeopleG2 is completely FCRA compliant. The biggest concern when running this type of search is, “Is it legal?” Some companies attempt to do it on their own, and this can only lead to problems, the greatest of which would be litigation brought about by an applicant or employee. PeopleG2 provides this service in a legal and compliant manner and it removes any questionable searches that companies might be pursuing on their own.
