In challenging times, leaders are looked to as visionaries and motivators to continually see their businesses thrive.  The last few years have been difficult ones for many businesses.  Workforces have been re-shaped to meet the change in philosophy of how to attain success, and successful CEO’s are meeting that challenge by being proactive, rather than passive, in their leadership approach.

Chris Dyer, CEO of PeopleG2, was recently featured in a CEO’s New Year’s Resolution Report from Northwood University.  As the CEO of PeopleG2, Chris recognizes the challenges that people face when applying for jobs, as well as the challenges faced by employers in making the right hiring decisions.
